Advance Open Water Course

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course

Continue your diving journey and build more confidence underwater with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course at Sea Explorers Philippines.

This course is designed to improve your skills through practical experience. You will complete five Adventure Dives with a PADI Instructor while exploring different types of diving.

Two dives are required:

  • Deep Adventure Dive, with a maximum depth of 30 metres
  • Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive

You can choose three additional Adventure Dives together with your Sea Explorers Instructor. Options may include Night Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Enriched Air, Fish Identification, Underwater Photography, Drift Diving, Boat Diving, and more.

Adventure Dive options depend on the location, conditions, equipment, and instructor availability.

Course Details

  • Deep and Underwater Navigation dives included
  • Three elective Adventure Dives
  • PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification
  • Maximum course depth of 30 metres
  • PADI eLearning and knowledge development
  • Training with a PADI Instructor
  • Usually completed in two to three days

Who Can Join?

The course is suitable for:

  • Certified PADI Open Water Divers
  • Junior Open Water Divers who meet PADI age requirements
  • Divers who want to improve their confidence and experience
  • Divers preparing for deeper or more challenging dive sites

Proof of certification and a completed medical questionnaire are required.

Discuss your interests with your Sea Explorers Instructor and select three available Adventure Dives.

  • Fish Identification
  • Drift Diving

  • Search and Recovery

Each completed Adventure Dive may also count toward the related PADI Specialty Diver course.
