Ocean Vida Beach and Dive Resort is on the beautiful island of Malapascua, located in the northern part of Cebu. More specifically, we are situated directly on Bounty Beach, just a few steps from the shore.

‘Ocean Vida’ is not only our resort name, it also represents the impression we hope to impart on you as our guest. Vida, which means life, represents our mission; we want to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and also full of life during your stay with us. The beachfront ambience combined with the delicious, fresh food and the friendliness of our staff, make many people come back to Malapascua time and time again.

Bounty Beach, with its nice white sand beaches and the crystal clear, blue ocean, is right were Ocean Vida sits, inviting all those who stay with us for swimming or diving with our partner, Sea Explorers.

Deluxe Sea View Room • ₱6,400 per night

The twelve rooms are located directly on Bounty Beach, facing the South. In the morning, the sunrise can be seen on the beach facing east and you can finish your day with an amazing sunset from the balcony. All Sea View rooms have a private balcony or terrace, with a direct view to the ocean and a spacious bathroom with a warm/cold shower. They are all equipped with silent split air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, safety box, and fresh towels. Tea, coffee, and a bottle of water are complimentary. Daily fresh beach towels are included for the sunchairs located directly in front of the resort; they can be changed at our reception upon request.

The maximum capacity for a “Sea View Room” is 3 people (either 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults).

Garden Room • ₱5,000 per night

Our eight Garden rooms are located behind the reception in a quiet and more private area. The rooms are the same size as the Sea View rooms located on the beach. All Garden rooms have their own spacious bathrooms equipped with air-conditioning, fan, mini bar, safety box, and fresh towels. Tea, coffee and a bottle of water are complimentary. Fresh beach towels are included daily for our sunchairs located directly in front of the resort; they can be changed at our reception up on request. Every room also has its own terrace with leisurely couches to relax.

The maximum capacity for the Garden room is 3 people (either 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults).

Garden View Deluxe Room • ₱5,800 per night

Our nine Garden View Deluxe rooms are the newest resort addition and are located behind the Sea View rooms in the quiet garden area. The rooms are the same size as the Sea View rooms located on the beach. All Garden rooms have their own spacious bathrooms with hot&cold shower, and are equipped with silent split air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, safety box, and fresh towels. Tea, coffee and a bottle of water are complimentary. Fresh beach towels are included daily for our sunchairs located directly in front of the resort; they can be changed at our reception up on request. Every room also has its own terrace with leisurely couches to relax.

Getting there

Arrival
A transfer will be arranged to bring you from Cebu City to Malapascua Island (advance notice required, additional cost). Total travel time is 5-6 hours, including the ferry ride.

Departure
A return transfer will be arranged on your behalf (advance notice required, additional cost).
